I have really sensitive skin, so I can't use just anything, but this is a hand lotion that can be applied all over and is a great product to use when my atopic dermatitis flares up.
Cons
Even though I have sensitive skin, I've been using it for almost 10 years without any trouble, so there's really nothing I'm dissatisfied with.
