  The design is pretty and it can be used on Jang Won-young's lips. It's an oil, but if you apply a lip product and use it like a gloss on top, you can create a moisturized and glossy lip.   1. The non-plumping version of the Dior Maximizer 2. The applicator feels really nice. It gives a Hong Kong-like sensation every time I apply it.
