It's gentler and better than I expected! It has a pleasant tea tree scent. There's nothing particularly bad, but the volume seems small for the price. I recommend buying it when it's on sale. I absolutely love it! Even though I have sensitive skin, it didn't irritate me at all and left my skin feeling so hydrated! As someone with acne-prone, oily skin, I find this product gentle and effective. While I'm not certain if it's solely responsible for my skin's improvement, I'm definitely considering repurchasing. I was worried it might be too harsh for my acne-prone skin, but since tea tree works well for me, it was amazing! No tingling or breakouts at all! Drawbacks... well, I haven't found any yet! I'll update after using it for a longer period. My overall impression might be a bit biased because of that, but I genuinely liked it! First off, it suited my skin perfectly. I've always struggled with blemishes, especially with mask-wearing causing so many skin issues. But while using this product, it seemed like my blemishes significantly decreased! To be fair, this coincided with social distancing measures, so I wasn't wearing masks as often, but the end result was still fewer blemishes while using this product. It also didn't irritate my skin at all. Personally, I found it worked better when applied with a cotton pad rather than directly with my hands. Usually, acne-focused products don't agree with me, but this one was perfect for my face. I'll probably repurchase it once I run out! To be honest, I couldn't really find any negatives... If I had to pick something, maybe the scent might be divisive? But that's about it for me. In the photos, the first one is before use, and the second is after. I sent the second photo to a friend to encourage them to use toner, hence the expression... But you can see how much my complexion improved compared to before, right?
