Here's my Hwahae Testers review of the Elishacoy Tetraforce Toner: I have dry, sensitive, redness-prone skin with blemishes and forehead congestion. When I first tried the Elishacoy Tetraforce Toner, I found it absorbs quickly and feels somewhat hydrating, though not quite moisturizing enough for my dry skin. If you have oily skin and are looking for a fast-absorbing toner, you might really like this. The toner didn't sting much when it touched my eye area, but those with super sensitive skin might experience some tingling. I prefer to pat in toners multiple times rather than wipe them on, so I applied the Tetraforce Toner in layers (1-5 times). There was almost no stickiness or slipperiness (90-100% free of it), but when I really saturated my face, it produced a slight foam. However, it didn't leave any unpleasant residue. In my opinion, this toner's strength isn't so much in reducing redness, but rather in calming active blemishes and congestion. Applying it 1-3 times seems ideal for absorption. Beyond that, I didn't notice increased hydration - it's not primarily a moisturizing product. I'm not sure if fragrance was added, but it has a scent very similar to a certain popular red-bottled toner (you know the one). If you're sensitive to fragrances or dislike that smell, keep this in mind. The Elishacoy Tetraforce Toner has a milder version of that scent.
Honestly, there weren't many downsides. But if I had to pick something... While the product is gentle, it might not be hydrating enough for those with dry skin, so they probably won't reach for it often. However, if you're looking for a patting toner that's also soothing, this could be a great choice.
Instead of patting it in multiple times, try soaking a cotton pad generously and leaving it on blemishes or congested areas for 3-5 minutes as a soothing spot treatment. That works best!
