I'm not sure if it's good as a lip balm. The moisture doesn't last long, and when I apply lipstick and put it on top, the pearl particles are too large, so it doesn't really fit well wherever I apply it.

The fragrance is like that of junk food, but it's good. I don't use it much as a lip balm, but I use it as a highlighter on my eyelids, cheeks, and nose.

I recommend applying the well-pigmented tint and then layering it.

When carrying it around, the hologram on the packaging can peel off, so your hands can get all glittery. Of course, that's because I handled it a lot.
And the lip balm itself has glitter in it! 
If you wear it without the tint, it has a bit of a cyber vibe.
