When I applied it to irritated areas of my skin, the tingling sensation subsided, and the soothing effect was amazing. Unlike overly runny aloe gels, this one has a slightly firm and bouncy texture, which made it easy to apply without dripping. It also provides ample hydration, so in summer, you could just layer this with a light moisturizer for a perfect lightweight routine.
I didn't really find any significant drawbacks. For those with dry skin, using just toner and this aloe gel might feel slightly insufficient. However, I don't consider this a real con since most people probably wouldn't rely solely on aloe gel for their entire skincare routine.
For sensitive skin, apply a thick layer of aloe gel two or three times, gently patting it in for better absorption. I often use face masks, which made my skin super sensitive, but after applying this aloe gel last night, my skin calmed down completely. Even when I put on makeup today, there was no irritation or tingling sensation.
