The website has a video showing the product spraying evenly like a mist sprayer, but the actual product is like a water gun‼️(photo attached)
It sprays in a straight line all the way out!!!!!
How am I supposed to spray this on my scalp? So I called the company, and you know what they said?
'Since you've used it, we can't exchange it.'
But... how would I know it's defective before using it? I argued, and only then did they say,
'Well, we can exchange it, but you'll have to pay the return shipping.'... haha
Later, they called me and said,
'It's not defective. All the products will be like that. Just scoop some out and spread it yourself. You won't be satisfied with a different product either.'

If the actual product is completely different from the description on the website, they should at least include a small disclaimer!

It didn't cause any issues on my scalp or skin!
I apply the treatment generously all over my scalp after shampooing, then use a body wash and rinse it all out after 2-3 minutes.

I don't have any major complaints, but if I had to point out one thing, a pump-style dispenser would be more convenient!

Among the hair treatments and masks I've tried, the Nioxin Scalp & Hair Treatment was the only one that didn't cause any scalp irritation and instead provided a refreshing, minty feeling, which I really enjoyed!
Even though my hair is severely bleached, using this product has made my hair noticeably softer and smoother.
