I used to use whatever cleanser I had at home, but I got curious about milk formulas and decided to try one. It made me realize that cleansing alone can actually improve your skin. I ended up throwing away all my old cleansers! For super sensitive skin like mine, milk cleansers seem to be the gentlest option, even better than foam or oil. I was struggling with deep dryness, changing creams, and doing masks like crazy, but switching to a milk cleanser solved it right away! At first, I wondered if it was really cleaning everything, but once I got used to it, I started disliking that squeaky-clean feeling after using foam cleansers. My dermatologist even said it's fine to use just a milk cleanser (and I've been visiting the dermatologist less often since switching!). Also, if a cleanser smells bad, I tend to rush through cleansing. But this one has a lovely yogurt and milk scent that makes me want to massage it longer. It's great for massaging, dissolving sebum around the nose, between the brows, and on the chin - talk about multitasking! After cleansing, my face looks clearer in the mirror. My blackheads have faded, and I've noticed my pores shrinking over time.
It's quite pricey. I tried a sample of a cheaper milk cleanser, but it was too runny to massage properly. The bottle is a bit fragile - I dropped it once and the cap broke right away. The texture is like yogurt, so when it's almost empty, I turn it upside down. But it's unstable and falls over easily. They should make the cap heavier and sturdier.
