Neutrogena is definitely moisturizing. My mom only uses this. I can't use it much because I'm sensitive. Haha.
Cons
I'm a little sensitive so I can't really try it. But when it's on sale, the price isn't bad either.

The moisturizing power is absolutely fantastic. It's so hydrating that just a small amount leaves my skin feeling wonderfully moisturized. Even with my extremely sensitive skin, Neutrogena has been so gentle and good for me!
Cons
For those of you with acne, please don't use this. I have a lot of acne on my face, and this lotion is too oily, so I'd recommend using it only on your body.

I have oily skin, so I tend to carefully select products to avoid constant shine. Compared to other products, this one has much more sebum and seems to have an adequate amount of moisture as well. The application is also smooth and not too thick, which I like.
Cons
I didn't have any trouble with it. There's not much I'm dissatisfied with~ It might feel a bit heavy in the summer, but it's the best in the winter!
