Pros

Even a small amount can make your skin incredibly soft, smooth, and silky like silk. My mom bought me the Vintage Essence renewal set and the Reserve Cream set, but I was too scared to use it much, as too much can cause breakouts on my cheeks. However, I found that even a little goes a long way in terms of hydration. Using the Vintage Essence and this cream together seems to have a synergistic effect. I think you really need to use a single product (not mixing different day and night creams, or using products randomly) for at least a week to properly evaluate its effects. When I consistently used just the Vintage Essence, I found it worked better than when I mixed multiple serums and essences. Although it's high-end, you only need to use a tiny amount, about the size of a bean, to get great results. One jar should last you about a year.

Cons

Compared to regular moisturizers or hydrating creams, this feels much richer and more nourishing. If you apply it generously like you would other creams, your face will suddenly feel very oily, almost like an oil field. It gives an uncomfortable, clogged feeling, like pimples are about to pop up. The key is to use only a small amount.
