As a middle school student debating between shades 21-23, I found this foundation works well for my oily skin. The application is matte but smooth, and the coverage is decent.
However, it tends to separate quite a bit and the scent isn't very pleasant, unfortunately.
Instead of squeezing it directly onto the puff, I'd recommend applying it to your skin first, then using the puff to blend it in for better results.
