Well, my conclusion is quite surprising... Skin Type: Since puberty, I've had acne that evolved into adult acne, leading to a compromised skin barrier and combination dehydrated skin. I used to have all kinds of acne - cystic, whiteheads, you name it - which left my skin in a mess, but it's been improving recently. I have oily, super sensitive skin with persistent whiteheads and folliculitis on my cheeks, along with enlarged pores. - Started using it on my dermatologist's recommendation. - The staff at the dermatology clinic praised it so much, I thought I'd give it a try. - Turns out I fell for it again, haha! - I realized it's a chemical sunscreen with an impressive ingredient list. - But it caused whiteheads to appear. - I'm a sunscreen nomad. I've tried over 10 different sunscreens and still haven't found the right one. My skin is extremely sensitive to UV-blocking ingredients, and if a product doesn't suit me, I immediately break out in whiteheads. To list a few I've tried: Dr. G Green Mild Up Sun, Dewytree Calamine Mineral Sunscreen, Round Lab 365 Derma Relief Sun Cream, Dr. Jart+ Solarbiome Zinc Cream, Innisfree Non-nano Mineral Sunscreen, Innisfree Blueberry Something Sunscreen, Hygee Sunscreen, Missha Tone-Up Sun Block, and so on... - This one will now join the list of rejected products that have passed through my hands. - I'm once again reminded that many dermatologist-recommended products aren't great. For sensitive, acne-prone skin, mineral sunscreens are more suitable than chemical ones. It's quite frustrating as a patient when they enthusiastically recommend such a complex chemical sunscreen.
