This is a completely amazing product. It's like water, but it really charges up the skin with moisture and it's like using an ampoule - the skin becomes so radiant. Goodbye redness. The absorption is really crazy... When you apply it and pat it in, the face becomes brighter and refreshing. Personally, I think it's great for both dry and oily skin types, but I'd recommend it a bit more for dry skin. Even for oily skin, using this along with an ampoule can provide an abundance of moisture.
Cons
There's not really anything disappointing, but it does feel a bit pricey. Still, I'm willing to pay this amount to use it.

Pros
I have an oily skin type that is also dehydrated. But it's even sensitive. When I don't get along with water or experience stress or external stimuli, it gets all red and irritated. After using the Hwahae Water, it definitely gets better. The watery formula is easy to apply and absorbs quickly. Even on days with severe irritation, layering it multiple times leaves my skin hydrated and soothed.
Cons
Skin like mine that lacks moisture may feel slightly dry after applying it just once or twice.
Tip
On days when the skin is highly irritated, I often layer it multiple times and also use it as a toner pack. This helps soothe the skin very well and I really like it.

The scent has an orange juice-like aroma. It's a refreshing fragrance, and even though I have sensitive skin, it didn't sting when I applied it and absorbed well into my skin. The recommended skin types seem to be for extremely sensitive or dry skin. I have combination skin that's dry on the inside and oily on the outside, and it worked well for me. I also have a lot of inflammatory and cystic acne, but this product was gentle and didn't cause any irritation (though it did sting a bit when I had open wounds).
Cons
The skin absorbs it well, but it dries out quickly. Even though I apply an emulsion and cream on top, it's still not enough. The moisture evaporates and it dries out quickly. I really need to apply both an emulsion and cream.

Even though I have combination skin, the absorption was amazing. Out of all the toners and waters I've tried, this one absorbs the fastest. I usually apply toner by scooping some into my hand and patting it onto my face, and I noticed that the process of wiping and patting the toner onto my skin helps smooth out my skin texture. Just a few pats and the toner is instantly absorbed. Despite the great absorption, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry at all. Just one layer makes my skin so soft and supple, like a baby's skin. This is the first product that has made my skin feel as soft and smooth as a baby's, and that is the most satisfying part for me! I'm really satisfied and have been using it well.

Some toner products give a 'radiant glow' when used, but this one is more focused on creating a soft, baby-like texture, so I didn't get that 'radiant glow' feeling. After using it, my skin does feel hydrated and my skin texture is improved, so there is some surface-level glow, but I didn't experience that deep, inner radiance.
