A product I've been using for over a decade, since my student days. Despite having sensitive, dry skin prone to redness, this product has never upset my skin. Even with severe allergies that usually make me sniffle at the slightest emulsion scent, this causes no irritation. It absorbs well, and doesn't pill when layered with other products. After years of experience, I can say it's a gentle product. Though I've tried various others, I always end up coming back to this one. Its strength is also its weakness - it's an all-season product. This means you can't expect it to excel in oil control, hydration, long-lasting wear, or cooling effects on its own. In conclusion: Personally, I don't think this product will cause any skin reactions. For those tired of constantly changing products, I recommend using this as a 'safe bet' to give your skin a break before trying something new again! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 30, 2020
It has a refreshing and natural herbal scent with a light cream texture. There's no stickiness, and it absorbs quickly. The fast absorption leaves your skin feeling moisturized without any residue. While it does provide hydration, the moisturizing effect doesn't last very long. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 11, 2020
This is a product I've been using for a long time. It's moisturizing and doesn't cause any particular irritation. I wish the hydration would last longer during the winter months. - Hwahae UserDry SkinDec 14, 2019
More affordable compared to Biotherm No hesitation due to its decent reputation Absorbs well into the skin Doesn't have long-lasting effects Dry skin types might need to add a cream for extra hydration - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 18, 2019
✓ Application: My skin is combination-dehydrated with occasional blemishes when I'm tired or dry. The highlight of Organience Emulsion is its light, moisturizing feel and gentle application. I've been using it for a month without any breakouts. However, I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin - I'll explain why in the cons section. ✓ Absorption: It doesn't exactly sink into the skin quickly. I apply it after using Hatomugi toner 3-4 times and wiping with Primera essence on a cotton pad. Rather than fast absorption, it feels like it creates a light protective layer on the skin's surface. ✓ Pleasant Scent: Personally, I enjoy the fragrance, but it might be divisive. It has a herbal scent that some people, like my mom, find headache-inducing. I recommend smelling it before purchasing. ✓ Quantity: It comes in a generous size! I use about a fingertip's worth each time, and there's still plenty left. It should last quite a while. ✓ Texture: When dispensed, the product has a slow, flowing consistency. ✓ Hydration: While it felt moisturizing, the effects didn't last long for me. Even after exfoliating, completing my skincare routine, and applying makeup, my skin still felt dry and flaky (I use Kyun Mi-ri cushion). Flakes appeared around my nose and cheeks. After cleansing, using only this emulsion left my skin feeling slightly tight, which was disappointing. ✓ Recommended Skin Type: I'd recommend this for those with very oily skin. (I have combination-dehydrated skin, but I'm not particularly sensitive.) It might be too drying for those with dry skin. ✓ Inconvenient Packaging: The bottle is completely covered with a label, making it difficult to see how much product is left. Also, the wide opening makes it challenging to control the amount dispensed. Since the product itself isn't very moisturizing, I recommend applying a hydrating cream on top of the emulsion. Alternatively, before using a clay mask, apply a generous layer of the emulsion underneath for added hydration. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinNov 4, 2018
As a gentle cosmetic suitable for pregnant women, the scent wasn't overwhelming even during morning sickness. The hydration isn't particularly long-lasting, so it doesn't feel like it provides extended moisture. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 8, 2017
It seems good as it has low oil content and is quite moisturizing, so it can be used comfortably. The moisture retention is disappointing, so it seems necessary to use an additional product like a moisturizing cream. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 8, 2017
It's not irritating to my highly sensitive skin, so I've been using it consistently. At first, it seems to have a lot of moisture, but the moisture doesn't last long and it doesn't feel like my skin is fully hydrated. Also, the moisturizing power is lacking. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinOct 2, 2016
I've had experiences where my skin was completely irritated due to hard water when traveling abroad. At that time, no matter what I applied, my skin would feel irritated and inflamed. In searching for the gentlest skincare products, I came across this product. Personally, I found it to be very non-irritating and mild. It applies smoothly without any stickiness, having a slightly watery texture, which is perfect for someone like me who really dislikes tackiness. The moisture retention is weak. It does not seem to provide deeply nourishing hydration. Before bed, I apply it thinly two or three times. While it may not be as hydrating as a dedicated moisturizer, it does help to prevent my dry skin from becoming dehydrated. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJun 29, 2015
After using it, my skin truly becomes smooth and supple! It took me some time to get used to it at first And it takes a while for it to absorb
