I started using it a year ago when a friend recommended it, and to my surprise, the annoying breakouts I had been experiencing have significantly decreased. 🥺 It's partly because I wasn't properly exfoliating before, but this product seems to be quite effective for troublesome skin. 😆

The pad itself is already quite cool, even without putting it in the refrigerator. It was great for lowering skin temperature and removing skin flakiness.👍

If you have problematic skin, this is the #1 pad you should stock up on... It contains Baha ingredients, so it's effective for just-starting acne or reddening small pimples! I often get pimples around my neck and ears, and when I use this for a few days, the trouble disappears completely. I was lucky that it was on a big sale, so I stocked up on it (^____^)
Cons

I used to use Stridex, but it made my skin feel too dry, so I purchased this product that also contains baha ingredients. Unlike Stridex, it didn't leave my skin feeling dry, and it seemed to help with exfoliating as well.
Cons
I kept getting breakouts when I only used this product. It seems like using this product makes my face more oily, and the excess oil is causing the breakouts. Since my skin tends to break out when it's too oily, I've been using a lighter moisturizer when I use this product.
