At first, the scent seems quite strong, but it softens beautifully over time. I wasn't particularly fond of woody fragrances before, but this suits me better than Aventus. The fragrance tends to fade rather quickly. By lunchtime, it's already significantly weakened. The fragrance is truly delightful. It's neither too heavy nor too light. However, I think it would be more suitable for fall or winter rather than summer. There's nothing disappointing about it. I can't think of anything negative except for the price.

What's impressive is how long-lasting it is - you can still detect the scent on your clothes days after application. (This is particularly handy for travel. If you spritz your clothes before packing, you'll have a lovely scent throughout your trip without needing to carry the perfume with you.) I initially underestimated this fragrance during my first test. When I first smelled it, I thought, 'Huh? Isn't this just a cheap men's aftershave?' How wrong I was! After walking around for a while, I caught a whiff from the test paper and my wrist and thought, 'What's this? This alluring scent?' It was so irresistibly charming that I knew I had to buy it! I initially underestimated this fragrance during my first test. When I first smelled it, I thought, 'Huh? Isn't this just a cheap men's aftershave?' How wrong I was! The lingering scent lasts incredibly long! If you spritz your clothes before packing for a trip, you'll have a lovely scent throughout your journey without needing to carry the perfume with you. I'm a fragrance enthusiast, but I don't tend to over-apply. I usually stick to one scent until I get tired of it, then take a break before trying something new. I generally prefer neutral scents (I'm not a fan of overly feminine or sweet fragrances). My absolute favorites include Tom Ford - Soleil Blanc, Le Labo - Santal 33, and Jo Malone - Dark Amber & Ginger Lily. If you enjoy these types of scents, you might also like Tom Ford's Oud Wood!

It's reminiscent of the scent you might encounter in a traditional wooden house, or what some describe as the aroma of a bathhouse or sauna - that deep, rich fragrance. As time passes, it settles into a softer finish. It's like watching a masculine scent transform into a gentle man's fragrance. In essence, it embodies the quintessential sophisticated and sexy mature man's scent. Among Tom Ford's fragrances, this is often described as heavy, but I didn't find it overwhelmingly so. Wearing Oud Wood creates so many memorable moments. That says it all, doesn't it? I can't even consider other fragrances... I end up using only this one. It's extraordinary. The well-rounded deep woody scent is highly suitable for layering. It seems to pair particularly well with citrus woody and aromatic woody fragrances. Among woody fragrances, this is absolutely top-tier. It's addictively good. Not your run-of-the-mill scent, but luxurious and screams 'This is sexy!' The bottle is also stylish. It seems perfect for sophisticated and chic individuals. I really loved how it embodies Tom Ford's signature vibe. It's not just for men; women could rock this too. That's how universally appealing this scent is. It evokes the image of an exotic, mysterious, handsome man... Such a good-looking fragrance. The longevity is great too, lasting about 7 hours. Since it might be polarizing, make sure to sample it before buying! The only downside is the price, but if it's Oud Wood, it's worth the splurge. I can't believe this is the scent of my favorite idol... OMG I just want to bury my nose in it! It's so amazing! I'm absolutely in love with this fragrance! I only got to smell it on a test strip, so I'm not sure about all the details. But I think it would be amazing if my boyfriend wore this scent. It has a subtle woody scent with a touch of sweetness. Personally, I'm a fan. I thought it didn't contain any allergenic ingredients, but it makes me sneeze when I use it.
