The only downside might be that you have to purchase it online? Other than that, I don't have any complaints.

I bought this for my hand eczema. Unlike other hand masks, the inside isn't wet but rather dry to the touch. This makes it easy to put on, and it gradually becomes more moisturizing over time. The inner lining isn't just plastic, but a thin fabric or non-woven material, which I liked because it doesn't feel too slippery.

It would be even better if there was some kind of sticker or something to seal the ends after putting your hands in.
