I was out from morning till late at night, but the longevity was good. I bought it because they said the ingredients were good. There were various colors available, so I was happy to find a foundation that matched my skin tone! The place where I applied the cosmetics was shaped like a stick.
ConsThere was some tightness. As I continued using it, my face felt a bit irritated. It's not a dewy foundation.

(It used to be a bit sensitive, but it's improved a bit with consistent skincare.) I usually just apply foundation and go about my day, and I like a glowy to semi-matte finish. My skin was cool-toned in the summer, but after getting tanned, it was reclassified as neutral-toned when I was re-evaluated! Now that it's the transitional season and the harsh, dry winter is coming soon, I've been looking for a moisturizing foundation. I saw the new one and bought it the same day, and I've been using it for about 10 days now! Please take this into account when reviewing. First of all, the wide range of shades seems to be a big advantage. The products I used to use, like The Face Shop Ink Lasting and Nature Republic, didn't have the perfect shade match for my skin, but the diverse color selection of this one is really great! The skin expression is amazing! Even on my dry skin, it doesn't feel dry or cakey at all - it gives a very glowy finish. It seems to be formulated specifically for dry skin types! I usually use a damp sponge with semi-matte finish products, but with this one, I can use a dry sponge and it still gives plenty of radiance. Texture/coverage/application/longevity: The texture is like a watery skin tint, flowing very smoothly. I was surprised at how thin it was compared to my usual foundation, but it applies like a dream, seamlessly melting into the skin. Thin foundations often lack coverage and longevity, but since this is from the Double Lasting line, the coverage and wear time are quite good. I applied it around 7:30 am, went to my morning shift, and it maintained a nice glow without needing much touch-up. Longevity can vary individually, but I think it holds up well for 5-6 hours without getting too oily. Comparison to other products: - Ink Lasting: Ink Lasting has the edge in longevity, but the coverage seems similar. - Nature Republic Provence: This is much thinner and has better coverage than the Provence that Youtuber Ppomnyeo loves. - Mamonde Cover Glow: This covers better, is more moisturizing, and has a prettier skin finish than Cover Glow, which just didn't work for me.
ConsDespite the positives, I had to dock one star for a few reasons: First, I admit it's my own fault for not checking the ingredients before purchasing. But I was surprised to see some rather questionable ingredients in the formula, ones that are not commonly found these days. For the first couple days of use, my skin experienced significant redness and mild itchiness. It has settled down a bit, but I still feel like I'm getting the occasional small breakout. The brand advertised that it contains skincare ingredients like ceramides, but it seems those are actually present in much lower concentrations compared to some potentially irritating components. That's why I had to deduct a star. For truly sensitive skin types, I'd really recommend getting a sample or mini size to patch test for a few days before committing to the full-size product. Additionally, the longevity, application, and skin finish seem to vary quite a bit depending on my skin condition that day. Most popular foundations (like Ink Lasting, Double Lasting, etc.) tend to be more consistent and easier to control, regardless of skin state. But with this one, I've experienced some unevenness, cakiness, or separation depending on my skincare prep that day.
TipAbsolutely! For those with sensitive skin, it's crucial to patch test before purchasing the full-size product. Luckily, Etude House sells minis of 5 out of the 10 shades, so I'd recommend trying those first. As for me, I apply an oil-control primer underneath, so the radiant finish is perfect without needing to use a damp sponge. But for those who don't use sunscreen, wetting the sponge could work well too. And currently, Etude House is offering a discount along with a free brush, so that's something to consider as well.
