The coverage is excellent and it adheres well to the skin. While the staying power is just okay, it's perfect for spring and summer. With its pink base, it should complement yellow undertones nicely. It really creates a beautiful complexion. Unfortunately, it doesn't wear well throughout the day. It breaks down unattractively and causes significant darkening. The pilling and creasing around the nose area is no joke. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 11, 2020
I tried a sample first and loved it so much that I bought the full-size product! I was worried about blemishes since I have super sensitive skin, but it was actually gentler than my usual Hera Black Cushion. It's not drying and has a semi-matte finish, so with just a light dusting of powder, it lasts all day long. The only downside was that it settled slightly into the creases around my nose. This didn't happen with the Hera cushion, so I think it might be due to the more hydrating formula. It works best when applied with a black cushion puff! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinApr 26, 2020
The affordable price and wide range of shades are great. You can choose from a variety of tones that aren't limited. I had a personal color consultation and found out I'm a cool summer. They recommended this tone, and I bought it because it's popular and I liked it. I was excited about getting a foundation at this price point. However, after using it about 3 times, it clings to the sides of my nose, has poor adherence, and separates on my forehead. The skin finish is really unattractive. We spend time applying foundation for a nice complexion, right? I've tried mixing it with other products, using a puff, a brush, and even facial oils. I've prepped my skin to be in the best condition, but the finish is worse than a cushion compact. It separates and oil comes through quickly. I'm going to switch to something else. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinApr 20, 2020
This was the first foundation I used when I started exploring makeup. At the time, I had extremely oily skin and was prone to blemishes, but this product had decent coverage and didn't break down easily, so I used it well. It's best to apply a thin layer all over and then add another layer where more coverage is needed. Since my skin is problematic and tends to be super sensitive, it started to itch after wearing it for a while. It settled slightly into the creases around my nose, and I felt that controlling the amount applied was crucial. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 3, 2020
I think it performed above average. In my opinion, applying it with a sponge worked best! I was satisfied with its blemish coverage at that level. However, if you have dry skin, you might want to ensure a solid skincare base before applying this. The downside is that it doesn't look great when it breaks down... Once it starts to wear off, it tends to settle unattractively around the nose and other areas. But it wasn't bothersome enough to be a deal-breaker! - Hwahae UserDry SkinMar 9, 2020
The coverage is above average, and personally, I found the staying power to be good. For those with dry skin, mixing it with a bit of oil will give you a nice glow and work well. If you have dry skin and don't prep your skin thoroughly before use, it can settle into the creases around your nose and make touch-ups difficult later on. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinFeb 25, 2020
I have combination skin with both oily and dry areas. Some parts are prone to small blemishes (no inflammatory or red acne though!) and oiliness, while others are so dry they flake. This is my first review, so I'm a bit nervous, but I hope it helps! Usage period: About 1 year • Color: As a warm-toned person, I use the beige shade. It doesn't have too much yellow undertone and matches my complexion perfectly. That's probably why I kept using it despite some drawbacks. • Coverage: It conceals minor imperfections well. It even covers some dark spots! I think it creates a really beautiful skin finish. • Texture: I prefer formulas that aren't too runny, matte but not drying. The Double Lasting foundation is what I'd call semi-matte. It's not too matte or too glowy - just the perfect balance. It adheres well to the skin, and after a while, it doesn't transfer much. (However, it does fade away after some time...) I used the Double Lasting foundation with Innisfree's Fitting Puff, Etude House Double Lasting Brush (free gift), and Etude House Foundation Triangle Brush. • Initially, when I applied it with a brush, there was some pilling around my nose. I thought it might be due to my lack of skill with brushes, but even with the fitting puff, there was still some pilling. So I always have to pat it on my nose area with my fingers, which is a bit inconvenient. • I noticed my small blemishes increasing after applying makeup. After some online research, I read that using a brush can cause this, so I switched to a puff. However, even with the puff, the blemishes kept increasing. I used about one and a half bottles of Double Lasting before switching to another product, which resulted in fewer blemishes. (I'm not sure if it's just my skin, but acquaintances who used Double Lasting shared similar experiences.) • I don't know if it's just me, but after each use, a small drop always seems to leak out. So for hygiene reasons, I wiped the nozzle daily with toner and a cotton pad. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 22, 2020
It was great for summer use, and in winter I mixed in a drop or two of oil. It didn't feel overly drying, which was nice! If I had to point out one downside, it did tend to cling a bit around my nose. Other than that, everything else was great! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinFeb 18, 2020
This is my holy grail foundation! Etude, please never discontinue it... I love it so much! I initially bought the Etude Double Lasting Cushion Glow through a group order on Instagram, and it came with a 10g sample of this foundation. Now I use this foundation more than the cushion. Can you believe this is drugstore quality? I swear, once I finish this, I'm buying the 30g size right away. ❤️Longevity - I honestly don't need to touch up. It truly doesn't budge. Though when I check at night after applying in the morning, there might be a slight darkening, but it's not too noticeable. ❤️Adherence - It really sticks to the skin perfectly. There's minimal transfer and it doesn't lift easily! ❤️Skin appearance - The application and finish are similar to The Face Shop's Ink Lasting Foundation (applies moisturizing), but this one gives a cleaner look. It makes your skin look smooth and powdery, like you've applied setting powder. It feels moisturizing when you apply it, but it sets after a short while. I used to always need powder after foundation, but with this, it's so matte I don't need to powder at all. ❤️Color - The shade is perfect for me. I use 22, and it's not too light - it looks really natural. ❤️Coverage - While it's not mind-blowingly high coverage, it covers most imperfections. With just a bit of concealer for acne scars, this foundation takes care of redness and blemishes. Sometimes I just use this alone when I'm feeling lazy, and the coverage is still decent. Well... the ingredients? But I don't break out from it. Also, there's a bit of creasing around the nose, but it's not noticeable unless you look very closely. It pairs perfectly with the Glow On base, but that base gives me breakouts, so I use this foundation alone. Since it can be drying, make sure to moisturize well beforehand. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinFeb 15, 2020
I'm currently on my third bottle of this foundation! I tried other products in between, but I quickly came back to Double Lasting... haha! If you love a matte skin finish, I highly recommend this! The coverage is amazing, and it lasts so well. About 6 hours after applying, I noticed my skin didn't look greasy, but rather had a healthy-looking glow. It's more of a semi-matte finish rather than ultra-matte. So if you want a more hydrated look, just focus on a solid skincare routine beforehand. If you prefer a completely matte finish, just apply more powder. This versatility makes it suitable for all skin types! Plus, there's a wide range of shades available! One slight drawback is that it can settle into the creases around the nose after a while. But honestly, that's the only minor issue I noticed... Adding a touch of powder can create an even more beautiful complexion!
