I liked that the pads were large. The clean design was appealing. The ingredients were good. The container has a lid, making it convenient to use.
ConsThe pads are a bit harsh on the skin. After wiping with the pad, my skin feels sore and irritated. It stings. And it quickly develops lint. It also dries quickly but leaves a sticky, stuffy feeling. One pad isn't enough for perfect cleansing; you need to use about two. For some reason, the day after using this product, my skin produces a lot more oil. Since using this product, I've been getting a lot more blemishes. It really stings if it gets in your eyes. The pads don't seem to be very saturated with the product. To be honest, I really regret buying this. It doesn't suit my skin, so I'll probably end up throwing it away without finishing it. I don't think I'll repurchase.

I've been using them consistently since they first launched, and I'm on my umpteenth container. One pad is sufficient to cleanse light makeup (two or three color products). I use both sides of the pad for maximum efficiency. Unless you're wearing super-strong mascara, two pads can remove it all completely. You can skip the separate lip and eye makeup remover. Even if it accidentally gets in your eyes, it doesn't sting much or cause significant discomfort.
ConsThere's nothing particularly bad, but while the company says you don't need to rinse afterwards, I personally feel a bit greasy and uncomfortable if I don't. So I follow up with a gentle low-pH foam cleanser for a thorough cleanse. It's not really a drawback, just something to keep in mind.
TipBefore opening, store the container upside down, then turn it right side up when you open it. Always make sure to close the lid tightly after each use!

It's fantastic how gently yet effectively they cleanse, leaving my skin completely free of foundation.
ConsFor stubborn point makeup, you might still need a separate remover. I found myself having to wipe multiple times to get it all off. Also, as someone with oily skin, using this alone without following up with a foam cleanser left my face feeling a bit uncomfortable - just rinsing with water afterwards wasn't quite enough.
TipSince I tend to wear heavier eye and lip makeup, I did need a separate remover for those areas. However, for most point makeup, letting the pad sit on the area for about 5-10 seconds before wiping works wonders in removing it completely!
