ConsAs an oily skin type, the watery texture was perfect for me, so there weren't any downsides The only thing is that the amount runs out quickly It seems perfect for summer
TipWhen used as a toner, it's average, but it really shines when used as a skin pack

Even when using the toner I used before, I would feel a stinging sensation. But this product did not sting at all. First of all, as it is a water-type toner, it was great for doing toner packs, and it was also easy to quickly absorb into the skin. Additionally, I wasn't sure what was causing my breakouts, so I was looking for a product with more moisture rather than one with a lot of oil, and this product was perfect. After doing a toner pack for about a week, my major breakouts started to subside!! Once they calmed down a bit, I would wipe my face with the cotton pad after the toner pack, and then apply the toner to my hands and let it absorb 2-3 times. My skin improved so much that I didn't feel any irritation even when doing this (before, I couldn't even wipe my face). I recommend this toner to anyone looking for a toner that's great for toner packs, clean, and highly moisturizing!
ConsAfter just doing the toner pack and absorbing the remaining toner on my face, I went on to the next skincare step. But since I have dry skin, I still felt a bit dry even after doing the generous toner pack. Also, the volume felt a bit small. I think it's because I was doing the toner pack and wiping off the excess.
TipSoaking a cotton pad in the toner and doing a toner pack is amazing for soothing the skin👍🏻

It's a new scent for me. 1. Not irritating (important for sensitive skin) 2. Light and refreshing 3. Skin texture is refined after use 4. Absorbs well
Cons1. No dramatic moisturizing effect or benefits like a typical water toner 2. Many alternative products available 3. Not an inexpensive price 4. Banana scent may be divisive 5. When used as a face pack or applied more than twice, the face became reddened and swollen (the ingredients seem fine, but it may not suit me personally)
Tip1. The skin photo may appear different in color due to the lighting, so please refer to it as a reference 2. The cotton pads that came with it are soft, but they don't release the toner well 3. Since there were no skin troubles, I couldn't test the calming effect

Review - I usually do a cotton pad pack in the evening and then apply lotion and cream, and this product is perfect for that. It really sinks in. Since my skin is sensitive, products that don't suit me make the area turn red and itchy, but this one had none of that. It's not irritating at all. For those of you with sensitive skin looking for a pack product, this is perfect! I can say it's more moisturizing than the ㄷㄷ toner I used before. After the cotton pad pack, if you apply it to the areas that didn't get packed, it makes your skin bouncy and moisturized. The amount is really generous, so using a larger size would be great. I think this is a suitable product for daily use without irritating the skin~~~
ConsTexture - It feels a bit too watery? This might be a personal preference, but I don't like things that are too watery. Scent - It seems to have no scent, but there's an indescribable smell to it that I don't like. Packaging - Due to the packaging design, it leaks from the sides and gets messy.
TipThe cotton pad that came as a gift is great too. I put the toner in the fridge and then soak the pad and use it as a pack. No fuzzies come up and it's not too irritating when rubbing on the skin. Using it as a pack calms and moisturizes the skin. ㅎㅎ

I've been using Dokdo Toner for quite a while, so what's the difference between this product and that one? 1. Formulation (=similar) Watery formulation The watery formulation is just as good for the skin as Dokdo Toner. 2. Fragrance (=similar) It's also almost fragrance-free. 3. Irritation (=similar) It's non-irritating too. It doesn't sting, cause breakouts, or make the eyes sting. 4. Recommended Usage (=similar) This product has a formulation that can be used year-round. In fact, the watery formulation is great to use without any burden even in the summer. I also think this product is convenient to use anytime, year-round. 5. Absorption (Aimelie>Dokdo) In terms of absorption, this toner seemed to be absorbed much faster than other toners. Without any time lapse, I felt like my skin just drank it right up. But it doesn't feel stuffy! 6. Ingredients (Aimelie>Dokdo) I was much more drawn to the ingredients in the Aimelie toner compared to Dokdo toner. Of course, the proven effective ingredients like tea tree and centella, but even ingredients like peony and ginkgo extracts are ones I've been interested in lately, so I liked that even more.
Cons1. Cost-effectiveness (=similar) These days, everything except for salaries seems to be going up, so I hesitate a bit to purchase at the full price. The price range is similar or a little higher than the toner I've been using, but it's not an exorbitantly unsatisfactory price. 2. Moisturization (Aimelie<Dokdo) In fact, it may be difficult to expect great moisturization from this type of formulation, but I felt that Aimelie contains a much smaller amount of glycerin compared to Dokdo. The high content of tea tree ingredient would be great to use when your skin needs soothing, but this formulation is better suited for 'I want to use it lightly and refreshingly!' rather than 'I want to get super moisturized!'
TipI usually soak cotton pads in it, sterilize the container, and keep it in the fridge to use as needed. In those moments, this product is much better than other toners. It excels in both the cooling sensation and soothing effects.

I'll need to use it for a month to really know It's only been a few days since I got the Hwahae review, so I don't know everything yet My skin is normally dry, prone to milia, and sensitive - it easily gets red and irritated, and during my period, cystic acne covers my cheeks and forehead The fact that this product doesn't irritate my skin much makes me think it's a pretty low-irritation product
ConsThe only downside is that it kind of feels like I'm just using the Dokdo Toner again ㅎㅅㅎ This product is almost the same, except for the slight greenish tint But since the Dokdo Toner is so famous, being similar could actually be considered a compliment The price of 18,000 won for 200ml is a bit on the pricey side though
TipI think it would be great to use this with Dokdo - in the summer, doing 2-3 layers could be nice for boosting hydration
