Those who apply makeup lightly may find this product a bit tricky to use before doing their makeup.

It has a nice, not too runny, but just the right consistency. It has the feel of an essence with some viscosity, but it's not overly thick.
It doesn't feel too oily, but it doesn't dry out easily either. It coats the skin nicely, so it doesn't get dehydrated quickly.
Since it's not oily, I think it won't compromise the longevity or the hold when layered or permed.

The brush-type applicator makes it easy to apply, but if you use too much, your eyes will look like a panda's. Apply it sparingly, just lightly dabbing it on the roots of your lashes.

For the first week, use it daily.
If you see new hair growth, you can use it 2-3 times a week.
Sometimes, the hair may grow in an odd direction.
In that case, apply this product at the roots and use a mascara wand from another brand or a disposable mascara wand from Daiso to straighten the direction.
