I find this oil absorbs well. I especially like that it's fragrance-free. Of course, being an oil, it doesn't instantly sink in. I mix it with my moisturizer and apply it all over, then separately on my eye area and lips. By morning, it's fully absorbed. I alternate between tamanu, rosehip, carrot seed, argan, jojoba, oregano oils, as well as Vaseline and shea butter, but I use this vitamin E oil daily because it's unscented and doesn't cause any blemishes. I'm using it hoping it helps with dark spots and wrinkles, though I'm not sure about the results. Still, I like that it keeps my skin from feeling dry. It's not a lightweight oil that absorbs immediately, so if you apply too much, you might find it sticky. I only use a generous amount when I'm staying at home. Adding a drop to your vitamin E cream enhances the hydration even more.

It's thick enough to properly coat your skin! The packaging is a hygiene concern! The opening is too wide and it leaks easily. The higher the vitamin E content listed, the more moisturizing it is! I apply it in this order: toner, emulsion, then this product to coat my eye area, around the mouth, and the bridge of my nose before bed. It stays put until morning. It's also great mixed with your toner, emulsion, or cream!
