The shimmer eyeshadows have quite large and chunky glitter particles, which makes them less suitable for everyday wear. The staying power wasn't great either, and I even had some fallout in my eyes.

As a winter cool tone, I found the eyeshadow colors in this palette to be a perfect match for me. The pigmentation is excellent, so I didn't need to apply multiple layers to get rich color payoff. The color combination in the palette was also well-curated.

I can't think of any downsides, to be honest! I'm really enjoying using it.

The color payoff is absolutely amazing! Just a light swipe gives you incredibly vibrant pigmentation. There's minimal excess powder fallout, and the quality of this eyeshadow palette is truly impressive. I love the color combination, especially the deep brown shades and the white pearl shadow - these are my most frequently used colors. Oh, and the case is great too! It closes with a satisfying magnetic snap, making it very convenient to use.

Since the color is quite pigmented, I recommend tapping off a bit before applying.

I found it easy to use because there was minimal excess powder. The color payoff was great, which I really liked. Holika Holika seems to be a true gem when it comes to color cosmetics. Just add some eyeliner to this, and your makeup look is complete!

- Despite having 9 shades, it's challenging to create a complete look with this palette alone. It lacks a dark brown, and all base shades are too deep for many skin tones. Not recommended for solo use, especially for those with fair complexions.

- Some glitter shadows have slight fallout.

- The mirror's adhesive is weak, causing it to separate from the case when opened. Consider reinforcing with glue or double-sided tape if this occurs.

- The palette is larger and heavier than expected, which may be inconvenient for on-the-go use.

- All eyeshadows, whether matte or glitter, have excellent pigmentation. They show up strongly with just 1-2 applications and blend seamlessly.

- Each pan is as large as a single eyeshadow, allowing for use of bigger brushes. The quantity is generous. The mirror is equally sizeable, providing a comfortable view.

- The longevity is impressive. Colors don't fade easily.

- The palette is ideal for creating deep and glamorous looks. It's more suitable for those who prefer bold makeup or have deeper complexions, rather than those who like subtle looks. It pairs well with black eyeliner.

Color descriptions:

#1 Greige: A slightly grayish matte brown, perfect as a base. However, it's darker than typical base shades in other palettes.

#2 Dusty: An opal glitter that appears intense but applies with finer particles than expected. Shows purple and gold, but predominantly silver. Best used sparingly on small areas like the inner corner.

#3 Winter: A pinkish-beige with a hint of purple, usable as a matte base. Preferred over #1, but still quite deep.

#4 Thunder: A mid-tone grayish brown with fine silver glitters. Can look a bit dull on the eyes.

#5 Urban: A unique mid-tone brown with purple and gold specks. More versatile than #4.

#6 Merlot: A brownish-purple shade. Similar to #5 but with more purple tones in both base and shimmer.

#7 Grey Cat: A popular single shadow shade. Too pigmented for contouring, but great for creating natural eye shadows.

#8 Pink Storm: A glitter shadow with purple and gold reflects. Highly pigmented with a dark base. Stunning sparkle in person.

The powder fallout is quite severe. I'm not sure if it's my technique, but occasionally when I apply it to my eyes with a brush, it scatters around and leaves smudges.

I'm using this palette because it's supposed to be perfect for muted tones, and it really does seem to be just right! Warm tone palettes look too heavy on me, and cool tone palettes appear too stark, but this one is right in between, which is perfect.

The glitter shade is a bit disappointing. It feels a bit dark... I wish there were some brighter options available.

I highly recommend this to cool-toned individuals!! There is very little powder fallout, and the visible color and swatch are quite similar, making it a great daily staple.

There was a bit too much powder fallout, so it stuck to my face and was a bit shimmery, but it didn't bother me too much, so it's probably a good idea to keep that in mind when purchasing.

The color payoff is good, the color is nice, and the shimmer is so pretty, so I'm using it very usefully.

You'll need to be careful with the application when using the mother-of-pearl glitters.

This palette is a bit too murky and dark. It's more of a cohesive palette than a well-balanced one. And I feel like there are three too many intense brown eyeshadows in the center.

What's powder fallout? The Terrazzo palette doesn't have that. But does that mean the pigmentation is poor? No, not at all - the color payoff is incredibly smooth and blendable. The adhesion is also amazing, so the glitters stay put really well. The dustier brown-purple? Marsala? Shades are perfect for using in the fall and winter.
