This was a godsend for my combination, sensitive skin. The texture is lightweight yet deeply hydrating, making it perfect for use in both summer and winter as a calming, barrier-strengthening cream.

In winter, I did need to reapply a bit more often, but I was still very satisfied. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued. I really hope someone releases products in this line again... sigh.

Skin type: Sensitive, prone to deep dryness and oil/sebum overproduction leading to pustules and milia when irritated. Generally combination skin except for the T-zone.

Incompatible ingredients: Strong fermented ingredients, Virginia meadowsweet, madecassoside derivatives, licorice, Houttuynia cordata, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, and other high-potency ingredients.

Compatible ingredients: Lavender, rosemary, seaweed/kelp, ceramides, centella asiatica, chamomile, salicylic acid and other exfoliating agents, pH adjusters.

I loved that it filled my skin with nourishment using shea butter instead of panthenol. The texture is pillowy soft with great absorption. The finish leaves skin deeply hydrated yet matte, without feeling heavy at all. You can easily layer it for more moisture. The soothing effects of lavender and seaweed worked wonders for my skin - I went through over three tubes, using it year-round, even in winter, as my daily moisturizer. (The ceramides really strengthened my skin barrier for everyday use.)

There's not really anything to complain about, but as someone with oily skin, I found it felt a bit heavy for me.

I love how gentle and soothing this cream feels! While I don't have acne-prone skin, I'm using it as a preventative measure to keep blemishes at bay.

There's a toner in the same line as this cream, and when used together, it seems to create a synergistic effect that doubles the benefits.

I bought this because my skin was getting too dry during the seasonal change, and I'm satisfied so far as it's gentle and non-irritating. Most emulsion creams make me itchy, so I only used Zeroid Soothing in winter, but even that seemed too much during the transition season and caused blemishes. I hate anything greasy, but this doesn't have that issue - it just eliminates the feeling of tightness.

On the third day... well, everything seemed fine until suddenly after washing my face in the morning, my skin flared up bright red. It looked like contact dermatitis. Sigh... I stopped using it immediately, but even now, four days later, it still hasn't fully subsided. I had to go to the doctor and get a prescription, which I'm currently taking. It's been so long since skincare has caused such a reaction that I'm really worried it's not calming down.

The ratings were so good that I carefully read through them and decided to give it a try. My skin is naturally on the sensitive side, so I bought it assuming it might not suit me. I used it only at night for three days initially. After applying it, the next day my skin felt soothed and somewhat brighter, making me think it might be a good match. However, on the second night when I applied it, I suddenly noticed some redness appearing.

There's nothing particularly bad, but hmm... maybe I wish the soothing effect was a bit stronger? Oh, but remember, all soothing creams need to be applied consistently to see results. Let's try using it regularly for about a month!

Since I have severe acne, I applied it all over my face and slept with the white layer on!! Even though I did this, it seems gentle enough that even those with super sensitive skin might want to give it a try.

There's a slight tingling sensation when applied. Those with super sensitive and extremely dry skin like me should be cautious.
It's suitable for those with regular dry skin though.

I was slightly disappointed with the ingredients. I always carefully research and patch test products on my neck before applying them to my face. Since my skin doesn't agree with shea butter, I experienced a slight itching sensation when I tested it on my neck. However, for those whose skin works well with shea butter, this product might be a great fit!

First off, my skin type is extremely oily in summer and combination in winter, with a dry U-zone! When I first received the product and checked its texture and ingredients, I found the consistency a bit heavy for my skin. The amount was more generous than I expected!
