I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend patting it on repeatedly rather than swiping! Patting it on reduces the appearance of dead skin cells and allows the color to apply more beautifully. If you pat it all over and then lightly swipe the inner part of your lips, it looks absolutely stunning!

The amount you get is quite small for the price. Being a matte lipstick, it can accentuate dry, flaky lips. For some reason, the lipstick surface becomes uneven. It's not a major issue, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.

If you're after a vibrant pink, this color will be right up your alley. The shade is absolutely gorgeous. The beautiful color more than makes up for any drawbacks. It's much more saturated and brighter than in the photos. While it has a slight neon quality, it's not overwhelmingly so. It's just a perfect cool-toned pink, a bit of a vivid cherry blossom hue.
