Pros

Wow... After using this, the next day I had red blemishes on my nose and small bumps on my chin. This was the only additional product I used, and now it's a disaster. Ah, I heard that Baha was irritating, so I ordered a supposedly better Raha. I applied it to my forehead, T-zone, and nose in the evening and then put on a moisturizer, but the next day, the area under my nose had terrible peeling, and I've been getting some bumps lately, but after using this, it seems like I got more. Looking at the ingredients, the top ones are ethanol, aloe? Out of those three, something seems to be causing irritation... Instead of improving my skin, it's actually become drier and rougher. I didn't experience any soothing effects. Since I have oily skin, I can't use heavy creams as they cause breakouts, and I was worried this ampoule would just make my skin even drier, so I stopped using it. My mom has extremely dry skin, so she can't use it either... it's a tricky situation. And there's also an issue with using it. The ampoule doesn't dispense well from the dropper.
Tip
Recommended for non-sensitive, extremely oily skin types. Not suitable for sensitive, oily skin. For dry skin, use the ampoule followed by a rich moisturizer.

Niacinamide? It doesn't seem to suit my skin... I had breakouts around the corners of my mouth, probably due to my period or stress/fatigue. After using this product, my skin feels like it's been turned inside out. I also used the previous Number 3 toner, but it didn't agree with my skin either, maybe because of the fermented ingredients. It seems the niacinamide in the whitening product is the culprit.
Tip
There's nothing else... The ampoule is so small and cute. The ampoule doesn't come out well with the dropper and is hard to dispense. It seems like it needs some improvement.

😀 First of all, the customizable stickers that came with it right away were really interesting, as I've never tried making my own cosmetics before. 😀 I used it from April 1st to April 10th, and when I first received it, my skin condition had visible blackheads and dark spots, but now the oiliness on my nose has reduced and they are no longer as visible. 😀 It's unscented, so it's suitable for those sensitive to fragrance, and it didn't feel irritating on my skin. 😀 My skin seems to have lightened up a bit compared to the initial condition. 😀 It has good spreadability - it has a slightly runny texture, but it's easy to apply all over the face. 😀 It absorbs quickly. At first, there was a slightly sticky feeling, but it soon sank into the skin, leaving a soft, smooth finish.

Pros
The 15ml size seemed quite small and the amount seemed limited, but I was able to spread it out widely with just a small amount, so I didn't need to apply a lot. That was a really great aspect for me. The scent is barely noticeable, but it's a very faint disinfectant alcohol-like? and soda-like? scent in between. But since the scent is almost non-existent, even those sensitive to fragrances can use it comfortably. The spreadability is good, and the absorption is fairly decent as well. My pores used to have visible sebum coming out, making the surface of my nose feel rough, but that issue seems to have improved a lot after using this product. If you apply a lot at once, the absorption is slower and it can feel like it's just sitting on top. So applying it in thin layers works better for the product to absorb well into the skin. The surface of my nose does feel smoother now.
Cons
My skin isn't usually prone to breakouts, but for some reason, I started getting acne, both small bumps and regular pimples, after using this. I was wondering why that was happening... So it seems this product may not work for everyone. Just wanted to mention that, as everyone's skin is different. Be sure to check the ingredients and try it out for yourself.
Tip
Overall, I applied it thinly all over, and rolled it on a bit more on my nose and chin where I have more sebum. That made my skin texture look much smoother.

I am writing a review after being selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer. I have been using this serum for about 2 weeks since receiving it! First of all, the packaging is so cute, and there were stickers included, which I found fun to use. ^.^ As for the product, it has a transparent, gelatinous texture. When applied to the face, it may feel a bit slippery at first, but it gets absorbed quickly without any stickiness. I found it comfortable to use and enjoyed the experience.
Cons
While it finishes off with a refreshing feel, there was a slight tightness afterwards. As I have dry skin, I wasn't a huge fan of that. I also applied a snail cream on top, and my skin felt a bit stuffy. Perhaps because of that, I noticed some acne starting to appear the next day, which I didn't like. ㅠㅠ

<Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review> Before use, my skin - T-zone and sides of nose had some papular, pustular acne (but in the last few weeks, my skin had improved and acne was almost gone, unrelated to this product). Oily (slightly dehydrated), U-zone was not very hydrated. Packaging - The small green ampoule bottle inside the small box is so cute! There are also stickers inside the box that you can stick on, and I immediately stuck them all over the ampoule bottle on the day it arrived. I may have overdone it, but I'm satisfied with it. Texture - It's a bit thick, not runny, like a concentrated nasal mucus texture. Application - The texture is not heavy when applied. It applies lightly. Hydration - When used alone, it feels a bit drying, so it should be used with other products. Exfoliation - There seems to be an exfoliating effect. When I first tested it on my neck, my skin felt smooth and refined. But I'm not sure if I noticed the same effect on my face.
