As expected from a spa cream, it absorbs well even when applied generously and massaged in. I love the fragrance too! I've lost count of how many tubes I've gone through!

I layer this with other products on dry areas when it gets cold in autumn and winter. For a cream with an oily feel, it's not too sticky, but it can be a bit greasy for daytime use. Pros
After purchasing, I became concerned about the ingredients, so I opened and tried it with some worry. It's true that products with a lot of allergenic ingredients often aim for an aromatherapy effect, so they have a pleasant fragrance when applied. However, those who dislike oily ingredients or a shiny/dewy look (including water-based) may not like it. For some reason, my skin keeps getting drier, so I've been looking for a richer cream. I recently opened the Clinique Surge Moisturizer, but when I applied it and did my makeup, my skin felt tight, so I've been using the Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Cream and doing my makeup. Still, it feels a bit taut in the afternoon, but it's more moisturizing than a gel-type cream, and my flaky skin is less emphasized. You can experience a very dewy, glowy skin right after application. I don't think I'm applying too much, though. When I wake up, it seems to have all been absorbed, as I sleep in a corpse-like position, so there's hardly any transfer to my pillow. Even the T-zone feels soft and smooth, which is amazing. While the ingredients are concerning, I haven't had any breakouts or issues. With my period approaching, my skin and lips are sensitive, but this product doesn't seem to be causing any trouble. Aside from a single pimple on my forehead after drinking, I haven't experienced any adverse reactions. I bought this cheaply from someone clearing out their shop on a secondhand site, so I didn't know the price, but looking online, I likely won't repurchase it given the cost. However, if you're interested in trying it, I'd recommend it for normal to combination skin types who like a dewy look. Those with sensitive skin may want to avoid it due to the concerning ingredients.
