I use it for hand cleansing purposes. I also occasionally use it as a substitute for soap when doing laundry.
Cons
The ingredients are not great, it doesn't lather well, and it doesn't rinse off cleanly, but after using it, the skin becomes dry, so I have to find a moisturizer.
