Pros
This is a pump-type cleansing oil! It has a slightly viscous and translucent texture! I scooped out an appropriate amount about the size of a 500 won coin and rolled it on my skin to remove my makeup. The cleansing oil applied smoothly and cleansed my skin without irritation. It effectively removed light eye makeup, foundation, and BB cream. After using the Sulwhasoo cleansing oil, there was no residue left, and my skin felt refreshed and clean! After cleansing, my skin felt soft and supple without any tightness or redness. It wasn't dry, but rather moisturized, which I really liked! It thoroughly cleansed the pores, so my pores felt clean, and the impurities were well removed, making my skin feel more elastic. Even if cleansing oils don't suit your skin, this one didn't cause any breakouts or irritation, which was great. The best part was that it didn't sting my eyes at all. My oily skin is super greasy, but this product removes makeup well and most importantly, it really helps control oil production. I'm definitely repurchasing this.

I'm using it without any trouble. The makeup comes off well and it's gentle, so it's nice to use.
Cons
The volume isn't very generous. This alone might be enough for me, but as an oily-skinned person, I have to use it with a foaming cleanser once more.
Tip

1. As my skin is dry, my skin became very dry and irritated after removing makeup. But after using this product, my skin has really improved. 2. Even after cleansing, my skin remains moisturized, and even with double cleansing, it keeps my skin healthy and strong!! 3. The best part is that it completely removes even waterproof mascara, so I don't need to use a separate makeup remover.

To be honest, it's too good. Among the cleansing oils I've used so far, it has good cleansing power and wipes away without leaving a sticky feeling on the skin. Even though I tend to break out when using only oils, I didn't experience any breakouts when using this product, and I've used up several bottles. If I need to use an oil cleanser again, I think I'll buy this product.

I received this product as a gift and used it, and it's not as sticky as other oils and removes heavy makeup well. When I roll and melt the mascara, it removes easily and my eyes don't feel as irritated as expected! The fragrance is the signature Sulwhasoo scent, and the value is good for the price.

The formulation itself is transparent and of a thin, watery texture. However, if you pump too much, it will flow down to the bottom, so it's better to apply it directly to the face! Since it's quite expensive, it would be a waste if it flows down (though). Except for maybe a tattoo liner, most makeup products can be completely removed with just one swipe of this cleansing oil. The cleansing power is truly remarkable. Oils are usually quite sticky, but the Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Oil is lightweight like water and not at all sticky. It also has great moisturizing properties, so even after cleansing, your skin feels soft and supple without any tightness. Even when you're not wearing makeup, using this cleansing oil for cleansing can be effective in removing blackheads. Just apply a small amount of the oil to your dry face, especially around the nose area, and gently roll it around. You'll be able to see the whiteheads and blackheads melting away. After rinsing it off with lukewarm water, your skin will feel so clean and refreshed. No wonder people call this their holy grail product... It's truly a godsend.
Cons
There's really not much to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, it would be that they don't offer any discounts.
