Pros

There's a separate sheet for the neck! Usually, mask sheets only cover the face, right? But this one has an extra piece for the neck area. You can use it on your neck, or like me, when I get blemishes or breakouts on the area below my chin that the face sheet doesn't fully cover, I wrap the neck piece up around my jaw and attach it to my face. It's like a lifting mask! You can apply it that way, though it doesn't actually have a lifting effect.

Cons

There's not really anything disappointing, but I do wish the sheet was a bit thinner. Oh, and it has a herbal scent, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who dislike that kind of fragrance.
