At first, when I just received it and used it, I was like 'Huh? I'm not sure,' but when I applied it during unbearably hot weather, it definitely reduced sweating and made me feel cooler.
ConsIt was a bit sticky though... I bought it to reduce hand sweat since my hands tend to be sweaty, but my hands kept feeling uncomfortable and the scent was stronger than expected. It might be more effective on other body parts. I wish they'd come out with one specifically for hands.
TipUse it when it's hot. It definitely makes things more bearable when you're feeling irritated by the heat.
