I find myself reaching for this lip balm so often that I go through a whole tube in just a month - it's truly become a daily essential. It melts onto the lips beautifully, like a melting balm, and I've been using it without any irritation. I'm quite picky with lip balms as some have caused cold sore-like symptoms, but I've already gone through 3 tubes of this Innisfree one! I have a feeling I'll be repurchasing it again and again.

At first, I was a bit hesitant about the color of the lip balm, but as I used it, I hardly noticed it. It has a lovely honey scent too! While the unscented version is supposed to be ultra-moisturizing, this one definitely has a distinct honey fragrance. I've only used it in winter, so I'm not sure if it might attract bees in other seasons!

If you're looking for an everyday product with a reasonable price, good hydration, and pleasant scent, I'd highly recommend this.

I've been using this product since 2018, and it's truly exceptional. While many popular lip balms on the market left my lips flaky, this one is different. It provides such intense hydration that dead skin cells simply can't form. I love applying a generous amount before bed - the next morning, my lips are smooth, wrinkle-free, and ready for flawless lipstick application. It's also perfect for reapplying throughout the day when my lips feel dry.

There's a slight sweetness to it, but as someone who enjoys sweet things, I found it pleasant rather than problematic. The scent is lovely too. They also offer an ultra-moisturizing white version, but I prefer this one as it wears down at a more reasonable pace, making it last longer.

If the scent is too bothersome for you or you prefer a more moisturizing type, I'd recommend the Intensive Moisture version. But if you don't mind the scent and want a lip balm with a nice medium firmness, the Regular (Yuchae Honey) version would be a good choice!

Texture:
If you apply too much, it can leave a yellowish tint!
I tend to apply lip balm quite frequently and generously, and when I do that on my very dry lips, it leaves a yellowish tint...😂 It can start to look a bit unsightly
But if you don't overdo the application, it's fine!

Scent:
The scent is really... something that can be quite polarizing I personally dislike it The fact that the scent was one of the reasons I switched to the Intensive Moisture version

There are two types of Yuchae Honey Lip Balm, and I've tried both the Intensive Moisture and the Regular Yuchae Honey Lip Balm

Texture & Moisturizing Power:
The texture is firm but applies smoothly and softly
I did say it's firm, but I think it's the most ideal texture a lip balm can have (in my personal opinion!)
It doesn't get too soft and melty, yet it glides on the lips comfortably
(The Yuchae Honey Intensive Moisture is a bit softer in texture!)
I think the moisturizing power is also just about ideal
For those whose lip flakes don't easily come up, it's good to lightly apply, and for dry-lipped people like me, applying it multiple times provides sufficient hydration
