Pros
This product has a creamy, ointment-like texture similar to a hand cream. It has a rich, oily feel and provides great moisturization. In the winter, it helps to completely subdue the white flaky skin that appears on my cheeks. Applying it to the heels especially makes them wonderfully soft and smooth, like a baby's feet. It can also be used as a body lotion substitute. It has a refreshing lemon and yellow flower-like scent that I really enjoy.
Cons
The formula is a bit heavy, so as a combination skin type, I only tend to use it when my cheeks develop white flaky skin. After applying, my skin feels greasy and shiny, so I can't lie on my side on the pillow, and my hair sticks to my skin easily. The 120ml large size product has an elongated container that doesn't fit well in my drawer and has to be laid down. The opening is also quite large, so too much product comes out with each pump.
Tip
I would recommend this more for normal, dry, or extremely dry skin types rather than oily or sensitive skin. Compared to how greasy it makes my skin feel, I haven't seen much effect on controlling blemishes, so I only use it partially when my skin gets dry in the winter. My skin is dry, so after washing my face and leaving it for a bit, it feels tight and extremely dehydrated in the morning. At night, when I apply it and wake up, my skin looks so plump and moisturized - it's just perfect. I have sensitive skin, and lotions would sting every time I used them, but with this product, I don't experience any irritation at all!
Cons

The texture is quite unique. When first applied, it has a moisturizing cream-like texture, but it ends up feeling a bit tacky, if I had to describe it...The moisturizing effect seemed good. I think it would be better suited for dry skin types rather than oily skin.
Cons
I'm quite compatible with centella, so I tried the sample first, and even though I used it up since I didn't want to waste it, I don't think I'll buy it again. Among the centella-containing cosmetics, this one didn't really have a soothing effect, and the worst part was that there was a slight stinging sensation.

It seems to be a rather thin cream. The spreadability and absorption are excellent, as it seems to be fully absorbed in about a minute. There is no stuffy feeling on the face at all. I haven't tried using this product alone, but I usually apply it after using other toners or moisturizers, hoping for a calming effect. Compared to when I don't use this cream, the moisturizing power is definitely better. There is no dramatic calming effect, but it seems to be the most decent among the calming products, so I keep it stocked and use it. I don't use it in the morning, but I use it at night as a sleeping pack.

So far, I think I've used around 6 bottles. I've always used it well. It felt good that there was no tightening sensation when applying it to my moist, supple, and dry skin.
Cons
