Pros
I've tried many medicated shampoos to deal with my severe scalp itchiness, but the relief was only temporary. I gave up and started using Dove Sensitive, but the itchiness returned. The one that has finally worked for me is Dove Pink. I heard it became available at Costco in the US, so I decided to give it a try. After using it, the itchiness has significantly reduced. I used to constantly feel the urge to scratch my scalp, but that feeling is completely gone now. I think I've found the shampoo that works best for me. It seems to be a great fit! (seborrheic scalp)
Cons
The downside is that since it's an imported product, it's a bit more expensive. Also, you need to put in a bit more effort when pumping it out, likely because it's not a thin formula.
Tip
I do a quick pre-wash with the Dove Pink shampoo, and then use this shampoo. It lathers up really well. I use about 0.7 pumps for my long hair. I let it sit for about 2 minutes before rinsing it out thoroughly.

I used this anti-hair loss shampoo for the first time when I experienced hair loss from dieting, and I remember it being effective, so I used it for a long time! My hair loss got better, then worse again, so I tried many other anti-hair loss shampoos, but they made my scalp dry, itchy, and flaky, and my hair loss worsened, so I came back to this Polygen shampoo. It doesn't have strong cleansing power, so there's no dryness, and under the scalp microscope, it almost completely removes the flakes, and it's not itchy either...it's become my go-to product again.
Cons
None!! The scent may not be everyone's cup of tea, but my boyfriend likes it.
Tip
If you pump it all the way to the end, the amount is quite a lot, so just pump about half and apply it to the crown and back of the head, and it lathers up nicely.

It feels like my hair is thoroughly cleansed! It seems to be due to the menthol in it. 😌Price When it's on sale, I can buy multiple bottles at a pretty good price, so I purchase it frequently.

The ingredients are quite disappointing. It's a hair loss shampoo, but it contains a lot of oils (which can cause scalp issues) and alcohol, which I don't react well to. Menthol! It's refreshing and nice, but it's an ingredient that pregnant women shouldn't use. And it doesn't seem to be that great for hair loss either. A dermatologist YouTuber recommended ones without menthol or with it as the last ingredient. It claims to be a hair loss prevention shampoo, but I don't really see any prevention happening. Shampoos can only do so much in terms of prevention, and this one doesn't seem to be doing that either. If they had been more mindful of the ingredients, it could have been even better.

If you are someone who has a sensitive scalp and can't use just any shampoo, be sure to try this shampoo! This shampoo doesn't cause any pimples or itchiness on the scalp, and it's just a nice, everyday shampoo that's great for daily use.
Cons
Since it tends to be drying, you should do a treatment once in a while, especially in the winter. If you don't, you'll end up with static electricity and hair all over your clothes.

It's a watery, creamy type. After shampooing and leaving it on for a few minutes, you can feel a cooling sensation. My hair didn't become dry. There was no particular irritation or anything on my scalp when using it. I purchased it during the Olive Young sale.

I suddenly started losing a lot of hair, so I took biotin and tried other anti-hair loss shampoos, and this is the product I found. It definitely reduces the itchiness of my scalp. I don't get dandruff as much, and it lathers well.

My scalp is a bit sensitive, so I tend to stop using products if I even feel the slightest bit of itchiness. But with this product, I didn't experience any itchiness at all. The lather was great, and it cleansed my hair well. After rinsing, I even felt a refreshing sensation on my scalp. At first, I disliked the fragrance as it was a bit overpowering, but after not using it for a while and then using it again, I found it to be quite alright. At some point, I noticed that the fragrance wasn't as strong anymore. I've bought multiple bottles of this set and used them. If I try other shampoos and don't like them, I plan to go back to using this product.

I have dry, frizzy scalp, so if I use the wrong shampoo, I tend to get dandruff. But ever since using this shampoo, the itchiness and scalp flakiness have disappeared. The cleansing power is not bad, and it lathers well. I also like that there's no irritating sensation when washing my hair.
