You must apply it before drying. If you apply it to dried hair, it will stick together.

Before blow-drying, never apply it near the scalp, only to the hair strands. After fully drying, when your hair feels light and airy, rub a tiny amount between your palms and gently press it onto the hair near your scalp. This makes your hair look incredibly smooth and healthy!

If you don't control the amount well, your hair can easily become greasy. Make sure to apply it mainly to the ends of your hair!

I've probably repurchased this at least five times. I think anyone with some degree of hair damage will be satisfied with it. For those with severe damage, I found it most effective to apply it once right after washing, then again after towel-drying but before blow-drying. These days, I only apply it after towel-drying, and there's simply no product that compares.
