While I'm not sure if it's the placebo effect, I do feel like my hair is drying a bit faster. It seems like the alcohol evaporates while taking the moisture with it, helping to dry my hair more quickly. Because of this, the alcohol scent is quite strong.
Cons
Even with my allergic rhinitis, the alcohol scent is strong enough to penetrate through my nasal congestion. Additionally, using this product makes my scalp and the back of my neck itchy, so it doesn't seem to agree with my sensitive skin. Ultimately, I don't really feel the 'quick' drying effect. However, when I spray it heavily on the ends of my hair and then dry it, my hair does seem to clump together slightly, giving it a bit of texture. Some people have even commented that it makes my hair look a bit matted. So, I don't use it anymore.

I tried this Innisfree product and sprayed it on my hair, and it had a very dry feel to it. However, I ended up purchasing it because it's so easy to just spritz on. The spray power is excellent! It doesn't get on my hands, which is great. It has a cap and doesn't leak, so that's a plus. It provides just the right amount of moisture without feeling too heavy. The pink, pink packaging is so cute! I'd recommend this more for oily hair types rather than very dry, damaged hair. The cooling sensation also makes it more suitable for summer.
Cons
Unfortunately, it doesn't dry my hair as quickly as the name suggests. The effect isn't as significant as I had hoped. The fragrance and formula have a slight alcohol-like smell. If you apply too much, it can make your hair a bit sticky.
