There are a lot of good foundations, so this one doesn't seem that special to me. The pore coverage and longevity aren't significantly better than what I normally use, so I don't have a reason to use it.

The level of matteness is suitable even for oily-skinned individuals who need to powder in the dead of winter, but for dry skin types, they would likely need to finish their base with an oily product even in the summer, and for extremely dry skin, it may be unusable year-round.

In terms of adhesion, the Dior surprisingly tends to peel off on masks.
The areas not in contact with the mask maintain an extremely clean wear for over 12 hours, but it sometimes emphasizes the loss of skin elasticity and breaks down, and creases always occur around the nose and laugh lines, even when applied thinly.

Overall, if you have a well-managed oily skin with good texture and minimal flakiness, this foundation would likely wear perfectly all day, but for problem skin like mine, it's a foundation that's quite sensitive to application technique and skin condition. However, 'as long as you don't wear a mask,' it's a product with impeccable performance.

Even the 13th shade from domestic brands is significantly darker than the 11-13th pale tones, but the '00' shade blends in seamlessly. It's not a beige, but a 'white' like paint pigment - a neutral tone that feels like a bright white even when using the 17th shade, so it's recommended to be used either as an honest 13th shade or mixed with a darker, more yellow foundation.

Setting aside everything else, the most outstanding feature of this foundation is its fine particles. I've tried all the high-end foundations that are praised, but the moment I applied this, I felt a texture unlike anything I've experienced before.
The particles are so fine that they melt into the skin's texture, seeping into the pores beautifully, and even apply prettily on areas with severe dryness and flakiness.

What I'm most in awe of is that normally when you apply powder on top of foundation, it tends to cake or shift, but the Dior foundation layers beautifully even when thickly powdered on top. This gives the impression of a well-crafted foundation.

Despite being classified as a power-matte formula, the skin expression is anything but dull - it's 'neat' and luxurious even without any glow.
It applies smoothly as if a primer was used, and among the foundations I've tried, this is undoubtedly the best at covering pores and uneven texture, without the blurred effect of products like Shu Uemura or NARS.

The coverage is at a medium level similar to Double Wear, but while Double Wear tends to cake and thicken the more you build it up, the Dior foundation just seamlessly layers on, allowing you to build up to full coverage.
