  Pros

  As a bath soak, it's truly exceptional. The subtle fragrance is lovely, and it really makes you sweat. If I feel like I've overeaten, I dissolve 3 spoons in a half-body bath, and afterwards, it feels like all the bloating has just melted away. It's an item I'd love to stock up on for life.

  Cons

  The domestic price for 3kg is around $400, but I've been purchasing it a bit cheaper through international sellers. Apart from the price, there's nothing to complain about.

  Tip

  They say 2 spoons are for relaxation, while 3 spoons have a slimming effect. Apparently, if you do a half-body bath with 3 spoons twice a week, it can help with weight loss.

  I've been using the 3kg pack consistently. It's amazing - even though I don't usually sweat much in saunas, when I add 1-3 spoons of this to my bath, depending on how I'm feeling, I really work up a sweat! It's quite remarkable. The scent is a unique marine fragrance, which I personally enjoy. While diet and exercise are key for weight loss, this bath soak is great for those times when you're feeling bloated and heavy. It leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated!

  Cons

  The downside? The price... The higher price point makes me hesitate to purchase. Also, cleaning the tub for a bath can be a hassle. But I suppose that's just my laziness talking!

  Pros

  I sweat so much with this! The scent is lovely, and I feel like it's helping to detoxify and reduce puffiness. I went all out and bought the big 3kg size.

  Cons

  I didn't realize the ingredients weren't great... It does make me sweat a lot, but it's quite expensive.

  Tip

  For a slimming effect, I use about 3 scoops. It really melts away, but that's why it makes you sweat so much.
