It's incredibly lightweight and applies like an essence. 2. Great for use before makeup as it's not thick and doesn't cause pilling. 3. Convenient travel-friendly size. 4. No side effects. Seems to work well for combination dehydrated skin.
Cons1. While it applies like an essence or ampoule, you need to use a lot to feel like you've applied enough. A small amount feels insufficient. 2. It's not really a brightening moisturizer as the name suggests, but more like a light ampoule without tone-evening effects. It seems to wash off easily with water. After brushing teeth, it feels like it's gone, leaving skin dry. 3. The amount seems small and likely to run out quickly. Although I bought it on sale, I wish they'd offer a larger size. 4. It feels moisturizing when it touches the skin like an ampoule, but the effect doesn't seem to last long. It can feel a bit oily after a while. Probably better suited for winter, fall, and spring rather than summer.

The texture is a thin gel that glides on effortlessly, making application a breeze. Unlike heavy mineral sunscreens that can leave a white cast, this one flows smoothly and absorbs easily. It's quick to apply without streaking and feels incredibly moisturizing without any dryness. With an impressive SPF50+ PA++++ rating, it offers excellent UV protection. The hydration is phenomenal - better than many moisturizers! It's like a burst of moisture on your skin. While it might feel slightly rich initially, this actually helps your makeup adhere better. It keeps your skin hydrated all day without your makeup separating. I find it superior to thick creams that don't spread well and evaporate quickly. Given its intense hydration, you don't need to go overboard with skincare beforehand - just essence/ampoule/serum is perfect. Makeup applies beautifully over this! Even foundations that usually look too matte or dry blend seamlessly. It creates a smooth canvas for makeup application, prevents dryness throughout the day, and when your makeup does eventually fade, it does so gracefully. Highly recommended!
ConsHonestly, I can't find any faults with this product! However, there are a few points others might want to consider: It doesn't provide any brightening effect, so please keep that in mind before purchasing. Don't buy a non-brightening organic sunscreen and then complain about the lack of brightening! The price point isn't particularly budget-friendly, so if the product doesn't suit you, you might regret the cost. However, since it works so well for me, I find it very reasonably priced. Objectively speaking, though, it is on the pricier side. Lastly, the finish does have a slight dewy glow, which might not appeal to everyone. If you're not a fan of that look, you might want to avoid using this product alone or look for alternatives. But considering how well it locks in moisture, I think this level of glow is perfectly acceptable!
TipGiven how hydrating this product is and its smooth, fluid texture, you don't need to go overboard with your skincare routine beforehand. If you layer too many thick products underneath, you might experience pilling or clumping, similar to what I mentioned in my previous brightening moisturizer review. This sunscreen is moisturizing enough to replace your cream step entirely, so feel free to skip it! I think it's best to stop at the essence/ampoule/serum stage in your routine when using this product.
