When I soaked a cotton pad and placed it on my eyelids for about 10 seconds before wiping, it gently and effectively removed even point makeup without any irritation. I loved that it's gentle on the delicate eye area while still having great cleansing effectiveness. Not only are the ingredients great, but the price is also affordable, which is a big plus. The scent is nearly fragrance-free. Usually, makeup removers can leave an oily residue or make your skin feel too dry after use, but this one leaves your skin feeling hydrated and fresh while still removing makeup thoroughly.
