The color is really pretty and it's perfect for a light application before heading out. It leaves your skin feeling soft and powdery. It tends to sit slightly on top of the skin, so you might need to blot it once with a tissue. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 13, 2021
As someone with a warm autumn complexion, this color is absolutely perfect for my deep undertone. What's even better is its smooth application - despite being a matte lipstick, it barely accentuates any dead skin cells. For those with cool undertones, using this on its own might make it look a bit disconnected from your skin. It also works wonderfully as a blush, complementing the lip color beautifully. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 13, 2021
Well... the color is definitely pretty. It's like a brick rose with a hint of chili, and even cool-toned skin can pull it off easily. Compared to other products, it's not exactly a pink stain, but it does leave a different stain from the initial color - more of a red stain? The stain is pretty, but when mixed with the initial color, it can look a bit patchy. Also, it really emphasizes dead skin cells.. So I use it primarily for the stain effect, not the initial color. I apply it thickly to stain the lips, then wipe off the excess with a tissue. After that, I layer a similar red lipstick with less staining power on top for amazing longevity. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinSep 25, 2020
I got this for about $10. The color is beautifully vibrant, and the formula is really nice. It leaves an orange-tinted stain on the lips. I love that the texture isn't runny but has a pleasant sticky consistency. Plus, it's quite affordable! Unfortunately, the staying power isn't great. It comes off quickly when wearing a mask, and it doesn't seem to adhere well to the lips. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 15, 2020
The deep orange-brown shade appears even richer when applied The formula is thick and sticky - exactly the type I really dislike. When applied to the lips, it feels heavy and sits on top rather than adhering, leading to excessive transfer and poor longevity - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 20, 2020
First off, the color is absolutely stunning. It has this gorgeous orange-red tone that would be perfect for warm complexions. Plus, I can't help but think it's an incredible value for money. The product dispenses a bit too generously, so I have to apply it from the tube opening. This tends to make the opening messy, requiring a wipe-down after each use, which is a bit of a hassle. While it feels fine initially, after a while it seems to accentuate dead skin cells. It also leaves my lips feeling slightly dry. If you have a warm complexion, I'm confident you'll be able to rock this beautifully. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 11, 2020
Lilybyred really nails their color selection! I'm so impressed. The staying power, adherence to the lips, and how it minimizes the appearance of dead skin cells are all satisfying. The only downside is that dead skin cells become more noticeable as time passes. Everything else is great. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinApr 27, 2020
Color: The color is truly beautiful and perfectly matches the product name 'Pretending to be a Ripe Persimmon'. Application: It applies wonderfully and feels very smooth on the lips. However, it might slightly emphasize dead skin cells, unfortunately. Longevity/Adherence: The staying power seems to be significantly lower compared to other products. Additionally, it transfers a lot. It leaves marks on teeth, clothes, and masks much more than other tint products. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 12, 2020
As someone with a darker complexion, I found this tint's deep, rich color really complemented my skin tone. I don't usually apply it heavily, so it's perfect for my daily makeup routine. Like many tints, it tends to settle into lip lines and can look patchy if you have any dry or cracked areas. It also transfers easily onto cups and teeth. For better longevity and less transfer, try applying the tint more heavily and then blotting with a tissue. This works better than just applying it normally. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 5, 2020
The color is really pretty and the price isn't bad at all! Plus, the scent was absolutely lovely. While everything else is good, it felt like it didn't adhere well to my lips, and it tended to transfer onto my teeth quite a bit. If you apply it with a cotton swab, you can create a beautiful gradient effect.
