This is an essential item for cool-toned winters! It's a perfect representation of the fuchsia color itself, so it's great to use on its own, and it's also amazing to layer on top of other lip products to blend the colors. Especially for products that tend to look ashy, this is a miracle cure! Just dab it on in the center at the end, and it'll revive the color most of the time. For reddish or coral-toned lipsticks that aren't too bold, or lipsticks that are slightly off in terms of tone, you can layer this on top to create a vibrant azalea-like cool-toned color. It's not only great for saving mismatched colors, but the color itself is so pretty that it's nice to blend it on just for the sake of the color. Since the color is essentially fuchsia, you can use it on its own or to create the azalea-like tone, so it's very versatile and useful. Considering that you have to buy separate lip products (yellow, black, etc.) to blend, this is great because it serves two purposes. The moisture, pigmentation, and application are all great. It's definitely worth the price, as the performance is solid. One swipe gives an even and perfect color payoff, and the color is bold and vivid yet still hydrating and smooth. There's almost no emphasis of fine lines or settling into cracks, and the longevity is decent for a lipstick. Since it's a hydrating and pigmented lipstick, it's really nice to layer it on top and blend the colors. You don't even need to rub it in, just dab it on, and the color blends in nicely and keeps the moisture. It's great for creating that azalea-like color, and it revives ashy lipsticks, so I really like it.

The packaging is a bit clunky and tacky. Especially for lipsticks that you carry around and apply frequently, the packaging should be compact and lightweight, so I tend to prefer that (and a clean design is nice too). But the gold and navy color combination and the bulky shape here look a bit outdated and heavy. And while the performance is great and justifies the price to some extent, there's still a bit of a burden in terms of the price point.
