It gives a soft-focus effect that makes you look naturally radiant. I bought it mainly to layer over sunscreen and for touch-ups throughout the day. It provides a subtle brightening effect, evens out my complexion, and has a nice blurring effect that smooths the appearance of skin texture. It also covers minor spots decently.
Note: If you have fair skin or a lighter complexion, the effects might be less noticeable. Not recommended for those with lighter skin tones!

I wore it for about 7-8 hours without touch-ups, and it held up well! While the initial glow faded a bit, the overall skin-perfecting effect remained. When I felt it might start to break up due to sweat, I gently patted it with my palms to refresh.
I was pleasantly surprised when removing it in the evening - it had been subtly covering a red blemish on my cheek all day without me noticing! And it didn't cause the spot to worsen or new ones to appear.

Despite its drawbacks, this cushion is perfect for a beginner like me. It gives a 'your skin but better' effect with decent coverage and longevity. If you want a natural-looking, beautiful complexion, I recommend it! It's definitely in the 'My Skin But Better' category.
Fragrance
There's an artificial rose-like scent that can be a bit overwhelming. When wearing a mask, it gave me a slight headache. I'm not usually sensitive to fragrances, but this one was bothersome. If you're sensitive to scents, keep this in mind! It was particularly challenging when I wore it to a pizza buffet.
Puff
Many reviewers criticized the puff, calling it terrible. As soon as I bought the product, I tucked the puff away in the depths of my drawer.
Daiso Air Puff
The design may change seasonally, but you can almost always find air puffs at any Daiso store. I tried this based on recommendations from fellow Hwahae users.
Dampened Puff Technique
Try dampening the puff with toner or face mist before application. This creates a more supple, 'mochi-like' skin texture with a subtle glow!
