One-line review - It's a good starter for a dewy base. Texture - It has a transparent water-gel feel with shimmery pearls. Application - It applies smoothly and comfortably since it's so hydrating! Experience - I was using the VDL foundation and it felt a bit drying, so I was debating between this and the Laneige one. I ended up buying this because I liked the pretty pink packaging and the shimmer. Overall, it's a solid product from a big brand with features that people would appreciate. Applying the right amount allows the foundation to apply well and not look cakey! Even though I have dry skin and couldn't use a matte foundation due to the mask, this new foundation pairs well with it.

I used the Glow Makeup Serum with The Face Shop Ink Lasting Slim Fit Foundation and Espoir Pro Tailor Be Glow Foundation! [Texture] - It's not heavy and has a nice feel. It absorbs quickly into the skin, which I like! [Benefits of Using Them Together] 1. It helped reduce the dryness I usually feel with the foundation. - When I use the Ink Lasting Foundation alone, I often feel dryness on my cheeks, but since the Glow Makeup Serum is a hydrating product, using them together reduced that dry feeling a lot. 2. The foundation applies more smoothly. - Compared to using the foundation alone, my skin looks more even and the foundation applies beautifully. 3. The foundation lasts longer. - Usually when I go out after doing my makeup, I notice the foundation and oil on my face have separated by the time I get home. ☆Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review - Review after using for more than a week - Skin type: Dry and oily - Products used together The Face Shop Ink Lasting Foundation & Clio Kill Cover Ampoule Cushion I used the two products together. 💙 The Face Shop foundation is a product I've been using for a long time, but as it gets drier in the winter, I don't reach for it as much. So I tried using it with the Laneige Makeup Serum, and the dryness was definitely reduced. When used with a drying foundation, there is a clear synergistic effect. 💙 The Clio cushion is a cushion I've been using a lot lately instead of The Face Shop foundation because it's moisturizing. However, the longevity is not as good. Of course, the longevity of a cushion is not bad, but it's less than a foundation. When I used it with the makeup serum, the longevity was maintained a bit better. However, it didn't last significantly longer. On the days when I was mainly indoors, I noticed less breakdown in the mirror compared to usual. But it did still break down by the time I got home at night. 1. Moisturizing The formula applies comfortably and is quite moisturizing, with a quick adherence. When massaged, it feels like a water-drop serum, as the name 'makeup serum' suggests. 2. Subtle Glow I tend to avoid bases with a lot of shimmer because of my sudden breakouts, but the pearl particles were smaller than I had worried, so the blemishes didn't stand out. 🍒Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review!🍒 Skin condition before use: I'm in the last years of my 10s, so my skin is very sensitive and oily... a lot of oil comes up, but it's also dry inside, so makeup doesn't really stick well. I guess you could say my skin is like the name 'combination skin'... *In order of what I liked best* 1> The skin absorbs it well : As I mentioned in the skin condition, my skin is dry and rough, with a bit of oiliness on the surface, and even if I apply a glowy foundation, it ends up matte. But I can't use products that are too oily either, since I have combination skin. The Laneige serum has more of a serum-like moisturizing feel rather than being too oily, and it seems to really adhere to the skin, so the foundation applies well afterwards. This helped reduce the stress of doing my makeup! 2>Good lasting power If it were just an oil, it might make my skin look greasy, but this serum absorbs in a bit more.
