After sampling it at the department store, I immediately made a purchase. The fragrance is sweet and comforting. The regular price is too expensive. Considering how often you need to reapply it for longevity, it's an incredibly pricey perfume. - na*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 23, 2021
It has a rich floral scent. I'm not usually a fan of floral fragrances, but as someone who loves woody scents, I find this product very appealing. It reminds me of my travels in Southeast Asia. The longevity of this product is relatively good. However, the lasting power is still somewhat disappointing, and I'm quite surprised by the ingredients list, and not in a good way. - al*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 20, 2021
The jasmine is dominant, but there's a fleeting touch of marigold that gives it a frangipani-like vibe. I personally loved it. Many people say it's similar to Do Son, but to my nose, it feels more akin to Acca Kappa Calycanthus or Le Labo Lys. The longevity is great too. I've been using Dark Amber from the same Intense line for a long time, but I think I'll be reaching for Jasmine Sambac more often now. While the Intense line has the advantage of longer lasting power compared to Jo Malone's standard Cologne line, in my personal experience, the Intense line seems harder to layer. In the case of Jasmine Sambac, while the longevity isn't bad, I felt its sillage wasn't as impressive in comparison. However, this might be because I compared it to Lys 41, which has exceptional sillage. Also, it might be a bit overwhelming for summer wear. Other than that, it's a beautifully crafted, high-quality fragrance that I'm quite fond of. - 77*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRednessRecommendedOct 22, 2020
The scent is slightly sweet and subtly pleasant. I'm considering purchasing the full-size product. As expected, Jo Malone is expensive. The price is the most burdensome and disappointing aspect. - ha*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 2, 2020
The jasmine scent is incredibly intense! And the final note has a vanilla fragrance, which is absolutely perfect for jasmine lovers... I'm completely smitten. Of course, it might be a bit polarizing, but the scent lasts a long time. I'm using it right now. The Intense line...? Anyway, that black bottle doesn't come in a smaller size, unfortunately. Also, the fragrance is a bit heavy for summer use, which is disappointing. It works wonderfully when you layer it with other products. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedFeb 25, 2020
The aroma is soft and natural, reminiscent of a delicate fragrance. Now I understand why everyone raves about Jo Malone! The price is on the higher side, but it's worth considering if you can snag it at a duty-free shop.
