The product color matches the packaging perfectly. While not overly bright, it's a natural shade with a pleasant sweet fruity scent that lifts my mood. Application was a breeze too. After applying, my lips experience a tingling sensation. Surprisingly, even when swatched on my wrist, I felt the same discomfort. I'm not sure which ingredient is causing this, but due to the persistent irritation, I had to stop using it. If they develop new tints in the future, I hope this issue will be addressed and improved. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 1, 2018
The standout feature of this tint is its color. It's a warm-toned shade that's perfect for those who prefer warmer hues. It suits deep undertones beautifully, especially for those with warm olive complexions. For reference, I have a deep undertone. As someone prone to dead skin cells, I usually opt for color lip balms over tints. On the rare occasions I use tints, a lip balm is a must. However, this tint is different. It's great even for those of us with dry lips, as it doesn't accentuate flakiness and is so hydrating that I can use it without a lip balm. While the moisture does fade after eating, I still find it works well. Honestly, this is the first tint I've encountered that has such a beautiful color, subtle application, hydrating formula, and doesn't highlight dead skin cells. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone struggling with dry lips. Trust me and give it a try! The price might be a bit steep for students, but it would be a great buy during a sale. Everything was great until I checked the ingredients on Hwahae. The ingredient list is quite concerning. Those with super sensitive skin might want to consider other tints with better formulations. While it was fine on my lips, when I used it as a blush, it stung slightly and caused some minor blemishes. I wouldn't recommend using it as a blush. It looks beautiful applied as a full lip color and also works wonderfully as a gradient.
