This is the best base I've tried in terms of tone-up and tone improvement. Plus, my skin looks more transparent. And while most bases cause serious breakouts when applied, this one doesn't.
Cons
There's nothing wrong with it! It's absolutely amazing >_< The only downside is that the amount is a bit lacking! But it's still great for portable use.
Tip
After applying this, I remove the excess oil with blotting papers and then apply foundation. But since the tone-up effect is so good, you really don't need much foundation.

It definitely becomes whiter. It looks beautiful just by applying this, as it is good to use as a base.

I used to use the original milk one, but it was too oily... Powder is a must. Without powder, the hair gets too sticky.
