  Pros

  As someone with dry skin, I've never been a big fan of powder. But with the pandemic and wearing masks, I stopped wearing makeup entirely, only using sunscreen or brightening moisturizer. My face started collecting dust and looking like it was coated in grease, so I decided to give powder a try. This one leaves my skin feeling velvety smooth, repels dust, and seems to improve the longevity of my makeup. It's great for absorbing excess oil when you're feeling greasy, and it's a lifesaver for flattened bangs. I've always stressed about my eyebrows smudging, but applying this around them keeps them in place. Unlike plain white no-sebum powder, this one has a bit of color. However, I'm not sure about its skin tone evening effects.

  Cons

  I've tried both the moisture and regular no-sebum versions, and I can't really tell the difference... Yet this one is 2000 won more expensive. Also, unlike the regular version, when this one is running low, it's really hard to get the product out. I end up having to remove the lid and scoop it out directly, which is super annoying and makes the powder fly everywhere. I'll probably just stick to the regular no-sebum powder next time.

  Tip

  Using it with a puff can make the puff dirty and cause the powder to clump. It works amazingly well when applied with a brush!

  Pros

  I used to just use regular oil control powder, but this is definitely more moisturizing and has better staying power. I also love the case design more! It's great for dry-skinned folks to use in summer to boost makeup longevity. Plus, it doesn't contain talc, which is common in many cosmetics and known to potentially cause cancer!

  Cons

  The ingredients are a bit disappointing. While it's talc-free, there are more allergy-triggering ingredients than I expected. Also, the lid doesn't close properly. It doesn't spill or anything, but it's inconvenient and worrying every time I try to close it.

  Tip

  Instead of using the built-in puff, try applying it with a powder brush for a more natural look!

  Pros

  It definitely controls oil well and leaves the skin feeling soft and matte. If you apply powder before putting on makeup, it really helps with longevity. The amount you get is also quite generous.

  Cons

  It tends to accentuate dead skin cells, and if you use it over concealer to cover dark circles, it seems to undo all your hard work - the dark circles become visible again.

  Tip

  Applying powder before your makeup routine significantly improves its staying power.

  My skin is oily on the nose but dry elsewhere. Instead of patting with a puff, I apply it by pressing into the pores. It gives a soft-focus effect, like a blur filter. The staying power seems pretty good too. With just a quick application in the morning and another after lunch, my skin stays fresh and matte all day long.

  Cons

  Hmm, I can't really think of any downsides. There's honestly nothing I dislike about it. I'm using it with complete satisfaction.

  I've tried all the no-sebum powders out there, and let me tell you, Innisfree's no-sebum powder has the strongest staying power. Compared to other green powders, it's really hydrating. It seems to control oil a bit while preventing deep dryness. If you have oily skin and want to avoid that parched feeling, give this a try!

  Cons

  Because it's hydrating, it doesn't control oil as dramatically as other green powders. Still, I keep using it thinking, 'At least it prevents deep dryness.' That's why I end up using quite a bit of it. There's also a lot of excess powder when applying.

  Tip

  The puff seems to have an air layer. You can feel it every time you press down. It feels like there's air incorporated into it.

  As someone with extremely dry skin but an oily T-zone, I've always struggled to find the right foundation or cushion. This product has really helped reduce that concern! My T-zone produces oil, but my skin is also incredibly dry, making it so difficult to choose base products. However, this one somehow manages to control oil while maintaining some hydration, which seems to significantly improve the longevity of my foundation or cushion! Most importantly, as a student, finding good quality at an affordable price is crucial, so I highly recommend this product to those with dry or combination dehydrated skin!

  Cons

  There's not much to criticize, but if I had to point out one thing, it would be the lack of a pressed powder version. As someone who always uses powder with a brush, I noticed it controlled oil well when applied with a puff, but with a brush, the effect was somewhat ambiguous - like it worked, but also didn't. I wouldn't recommend this to those who prefer pressed powders... (That's why I deducted one star - simply because it's not available in a pressed form.)

  This is truly a national favorite for good reason! Great value and exceptional results. Perfect for controlling excess oil! Ideal when your hair gets greasy! As someone with dry skin, I don't struggle much with oiliness, but I dab this on when I want to prevent lipstick transfer and increase its longevity. It's definitely a staple and lives up to its reputation as a must-have product.

  The inevitable powder fallout? That's about the only minor issue with controlling the amount.

  Unlike regular setting powders that made my face flaky, this product didn't cause any dead skin cells to appear! I felt like it improved the longevity of my makeup too. The staying power was impressive!

  There's nothing particularly bad, but if I had to mention something, it's the slightly powdery texture? This means there might be a bit more excess powder when applying? But I think that's unavoidable with this type of product.
