  This is truly a plumping lip balm! Just as the name suggests, it's moisturizing and gives a tingling sensation when applied. While it doesn't make your lips dramatically swell, there's a subtle plumping effect that makes them look slightly fuller. The color payoff is great too, which is why I bought another one in a lighter shade. It's perfect for these days when you want a lip balm with a touch of color for touch-ups.

  Why on earth doesn't Nature Republic promote this more? For the price, this plumping, tinted lip balm is flawless. It's such a shame their marketing doesn't do it justice.
